Hello,

I have some dedicated servers running CentOS 6 and 7, some with Cloudlinux and not issues with the Terminal function on WHM as root (WHM >> Home >> Server Configuration >> Terminal)

But on servers running Virtuozzo or KVM the same function not show.

This function: Terminal in WHM - Version 76 Documentation - cPanel Documentation

I have VPS servers running ssh on port 2200 and others in port 22 - in both cases Terminal not appear on WHM as root.

This function is only compatible with dedicated servers?

I just looked on an OpenVZ vm and the option is there. I don't know why it wouldn't be showing up. You mean its not in WHM at all? You sure its updated to the latest version?

Hello @mindnetcombr,

Check to see if the /var/cpanel/disable_whm_terminal_ui file exists on the system. EX:

Code:
ls /var/cpanel/disable_whm_terminal_ui
It will disable terminal from the WHM UI if it exists. Note the system does not create this file by default, so it would have been created by your provider or someone with root access to the system if it exists.

Thank you.
