WHM Terminate Account?

Help WHM Terminate Account & SSH Issues!!!

Well I deleted an account due to request then I went to remake it says username taken. I had this problem before hired someone to fix it would like to get all the steps to fix it for ever or at least figure out whats causing it so it doesnt any more. Any ideas?

There is also a problem with the SSH only the root account can login to ssh and stay in. The users that try to login it closes the window or closes connection instant. I reset the server and ssh server it works mabe 5 min problem pops back up. Any ideas?
