WHM theme problem

hello

we have a problem with whm theme

when i login to whm, Template can't load correctly

please look at the photo

It was not resolved with the restart cpanel and or update to latest version


please help

How exactly you are accessing the WHM panel, are you accessing it via https://hostname:2087. Try using IP address instead of hostname. like https;//xx.xx.xx.xx:2087. I suspect that you have hostname coming from a CloudFlare, which is the most likely reason for getting the distorted template of WHM. Are you using Cloudflare for hostname too? If yes, then WHM via IP address will work perfect.. Please provide more information that you see about your infrastructure, so we can understand it better if the above does fix the issue..

Hello,

It's likely you are using a CDN such as CloudFlare, as noted in the previous response. CloudFlare documents the following:

The solution is to access the cPanel server on a URL that doesn't proxy through Cloudflare. Please use cPanel's proxy subdomain URL http://cpanel.domain.com and have the DNS point directly to the cPanel server which is a default DNS setting.
Make sure this subdomain is not proxied through Cloudflare (not orange clouded).

You'd apply the same workaround to WHM.
