WHM Themes Tab Dosn't open & via Themes icon comes up blank

My WHM Themes Tab Dosn't open & when I try to get at themes via "Main >> Themes Icon" the panel comes up blank.

I asked my hosting company to fix it. They said - oh that's a problem with CPanel - we can't fix it.

Is that true?

My System Environment:

WHM 9.2.0 cPanel 9.3.0-C4
Fedora - WHM X v3.1.0
