    Hello;

    I am transferring an account from another server. I do not have root access to the server I am transferring from. I keep getting this error message:

    Sorry, the copy failed. Unable to find the cpanel user file. Is the archive
    missing (cwd: /home loaded tridentt/cp/tridentt)?
    Extract Failed
    Invalid Account

    Can someone PLEASE help me and tell me what I need to do to get this file transferred??

    Thanks!

    Go to the cpanel of that account.. take a full backup from cpanel.. then try to copy it to the destination server using ftp or scp..
    Then restore it in WHM. It has helped us in many occasions when the transfer through WHM failed.
