WHM Transfers only one account to Amazon S3 Backup

Hello,

I have set up the backup feature on WHM including the transfer to Amazon S3 as explained here https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/how-to-configure-amazon-s3-backups-in-whm.432832/
and forced the backups to start.

The backup finished successfully and backup files are in server's /backup folder. However only one account has been transferred to Amazon S3. Is there a way to find out why?

Hello,

Are you getting any error logs in the server backup logs file ? Please check the logs file which are mentions on https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/how-to-configure-amazon-s3-backups-in-whm.432832/ post.

Hi, I checked this morning and the server performed an automatic backup today. All the accounts have been transferred to Amazon automatically this time.
