    Hi

Ive just progressed onto a dedicated server from my old reseller account, I have managed so far to transfer each account over using the transfer with account password option but for some reason one account wont copy over. I get the follow errors appear.

Attempting to login as betagame to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx via ftp
    Login ok
    Uploading Wrapper
    Uploading Dectector
    Uploading Packager
    Uploading Downloader
    Uploading Killer
    chmoding scripts
Unable to get uid of remote account...(trace information follows)...

It then proceeds with a 404 error such as follows

    Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete
    your request.
    Please contact the server administrator,
root@server145.ezbudgethost.com and inform them of the time the error occurred,
and anything you might have done that may have
    caused the error.
More information about this error may be available
    in the server error log.
    Additionally, a 404 Not Found
error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Could anyone advise me as whats causing this problem, the reseller company want nothing to do with it as Iam moving away from them which is a pain. Its only this one account that has this error on it. The other problem I face is due to it being a reseller I have very limited control on this server unlike my new dedicated server.

Anyway all help is greatly appreciated.

    Regards
    Mike

I am not exactly sure what the problem is but any time I run into something (unknown) I switch from IE6 to netscape 7 and it usally runs.

Sorry it may be of no help but time and time again I have done this at different times and it works.

    Hey

Nope that doesnt work, it seems to be a problem with the old server. I cannot for the life of me work out why it gives me this error :( Its costing me a fortune.

I cant transfer by hand as I cannot keep the stored passwords

login to the customers control panel with your root pass and download a site backup then create the account on the new server and upload the backup.

I try to transfer account from my new server, WHM 8.5.4 cPanel 8.5.5-R60 , to my other server, WHM 8.5.4 cPanel 8.5.4-R7 Redhat 7.3, and I also got the same error above.

Any body knows how to fix this problem ?
