Right after a WHM update to the latest current build today apache seems to be looping, creating multiple threads until MaxClients is reached and then effectively being down. Each time apache is restarted the same thing happens in about 20 seconds. Going back down to the latest stable build, copying the http.conf from last week, and rebuilding apache all have failed to correct the problem. the apache server-status shows all of the threads as "..reading..". Anybody have a clue what is happening?
