Looks like I have upgraded CPanel/WHM to DNS Only option in RedHat, so the other options are not shown in the WHM and CPAnel

    WHM 9.9.0 cPanel 9.9.1-DNS48

How can I upgrade it to a proper CPanel/WHM version, so that all the WHM/CPanel options are shown in the control panel?

    Thanks

How did you get the DNS only installed? Theres no option in WHM that I seen to install DNS only. Hmm... Maybe try going into the WHM and doing another update. Might work. If not use the nifty lil Update Config link. If that doesn't show up, request a fresh cPanel Install. Either way, your screwed basically... lol I think....

How did you "upgrade" to dns only ?!? Is this a fresh install ? If so, you can probably get away with re-running the cpanel installer from layer1, if it is.

I believe the file you want to edit is

    wwwacct

edit it and put in Manual-Current for the cpanel update field

    and then run

    /scripts/upcp --force
