I just purchased 12-month reseller plus account and I have NO CLUE how to be a reseller. I've been reading through the threads to try and pick stuff up... but I'm embarassed to say, I do not know what WHM is. It sounds important. Is there a place on ACENET where I can get educated on the REALLY basic stuff?

PS... the reason I bought the reseller package is because i just started doing web design for other people (clients) and I want to register their domain names and set up the hosting for them on ONE account ... while making a little money on the deal.

WHM is Web Host Manager. You can think of it as the primary control panel with cPanel being the control panel for each customer. The following link will give you some help in understanding what it can do.
