Keep getting these errors when trying to transfer between servers.

    Server with account is:
    WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.2-E449
    RedHat 9 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

    Server i'm copying to:
    WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.2-E449
    CentOS 3.7 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

I've done searchs here and i've found nothing which really resolves it. The solution is to manually copy sites across, this isn't feasable as theres 150 odd accounts to move.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------

    Basic error message is:

    Copying account package file......Done
Verifying tarball checksum..... Transfer ErrorChecksum Failed.. The filecopy had a problem!
    Expected Checksum [8513fbc8944e34b70fcde5a7aa105af2]
    Actual Checksum []

    Any ideas?

On the source server force a backup run to build new backup sets

    /scripts/cpbackup

then scp the files to a new subfolder under /backup on the destination machine

on the new machine open whm-backup tool and restore multiple backups

I'd check for disk space and quota problems first up, then remove all HTTP redirects on the site as they can also break copy attempts.

You could bulk copy the accounts across using the cpbackup method above, though that gets a harder if you're not taking all the accounts on the server across.

I am having this same issue also, but i have done this in the past on the same servers, then it worked.

    Maybe the function is broken?

Freezer, although I haven't checked, I don't think it's stopped working. In the past when it hasn't worked the site has had active redirects, or it has had no disk space left. I'd start by checking those issues first.
