I am really surprised with the lack of support from WHMSonic
10 days ago I submitted a ticket request for support, regarding help with migration to a new server. I marked it as urgent, because it is. The old server is compromised.
Haven't heard about them.
I am making this public in a desperate action to try to make them react.
Does anybody knows how to contact them more efficiently?
