Who dooes cPanel or others suggestion for server management?

    Are there any particular company(s) that cPanel or others recommend for server management?

    Right now I'm on a dedicated box at The Planet (offers no support) and looking into buying my own box and having it co-located. Any suggestions on a reliable server management company?

    hmm, servercomplete are exelent, their avarage response time is about 5 mins!

    also it is 24/7/365 support!

    I think cPanel wouldn't go as far to recommend any particular company but they have partner NOCs and you should find many members of those companies here on the forums helping people. The partner noc members have their forum ID shown in similar color as cPanel staff on this forum.
