Why am I seeing Cpanel instead of my site?

Help please, I suspect this is not a cpanel question, however I have run out of options.

I have various sites hosted by 4UHosting in the UK,
However when I try to access my site www.ukgelburners.com
I get the following CPanel message
"There is no website configured at this address"

Obviously this is a situation I need to take up with 4U Hosting, but as they only have a phone line that is open between 11:00am and 3:00pm which is impossible to get through on, the only option left open to me is their support ticket (Just like Cpanel) to which I have now set up five support tickets, with not a single answer. I am at my wits end how to proceed.

I have contacted this forum as any of my customers trying to log onto my site will see your holding page.

4UHosting made a very big play of being linked B2B to Cpanel and I just wondered if any body could throw some light on this situation.

I cannot reconnect to the site via dreamweaver, and all mail through outlook will not be delivered or sent either, Its like the domain has completly dissapeared.

Thanks in advance
Mark

looking at it all; i should say that your domain must have been removed. and since the DNS points correctly to the server; the default C-panel page is shown.

you:
1. do not have an entry at the httpd.conf for your domain or might be that all domains on the server are behaving so.

2. have no more access to ftp and exim.

It seems your account may be terminated from webhost manager, but DNS is poined to the server. Contact your host. previously the same thing happened for me also. Then i came to know that my account was terminated.

Its My Rubbish hosting company

I have come to the conclusion this is all down to 4UHosting as the site has been appearing and dissapering for the past couple of weeks.

I have called their help line (which is only available 11am - 3pm so highly inconvienent) and the phone just rings. I have sent five support tickets and have not recieved a single reply.

I am really concerned because they are hosting six different domains for me (four have been fine) and the thought of time, cost etc to transfer them all to somewhere reliable is daunting.

The site is currently down at 18:15pm GMT December 8th 2004 but may well appear again, who knows when?

Thanks for allowing me to rant, as it's very frustrating that I am unable to rant at them....

the httpd.conf has the NameVirtualHost directive missing from each of the domain entries.

I'm having this problem with a site I host

This is not a matter of dns not propogating. The site has been on this server for a month. It worked fine until today. Now suddenly seeing the cpanel default page instead of index.html

I downloaded index.html to my hard drive and looked at it. It's all there.

Why is the site defaulting to the cpanel default page and how do I fix it? The client is peeved :(

Never mind, I found an error in that site's dns zone and fixed it. It's working again.
