why can't I open the phpMyAdmin page?

when I log on the cpanel, but i can't open the phpMyAdmin page?

under the "Sql service"-->"phpMyAdmin", if i click, it can't display,

the path is "http://ourIP:2086/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php"

pls help me with this problem,tks.

same thing with me
the url open the login page off whm
this problem also appear on cpnel

is there anyone can fix this problem

this morning i've tried that command : /scripts/upcp --force
and this command to '/scripts/makecpphp', '/scripts/easyapache'
but it's still do the same thing
and then i follow your suggest to open ticket
hope this can fix soon
