    Hi,

I use cPanel on 3 servers.
I am very happy from using it, but i have 2 questions:

    1) Why cPanel doesn't automate the kernel update? It would be nice to have anything automated!

    2) The only "software" i used to install every time i have a new server (or apache rebuild) is jpeg and glib libraries. why they are not included?

Propably it is a mail for ... hmmm what you would like to see next in cPanel ;)

    Thanks,

    Alex.

Newest dosent mean allways better. Some people have custom tuned kernals. Conflits with other software/hardware installed.

i didn't mean to be something like click here for update, but if you want it would be a nice option, to be able to choose version and proceed.

For example, i did a kernel update today and system is not working since yesterday !

(i created another topic abou thtat)

    Alex.
