I have set WHM/Update_Config to Automatic (STABLE tree)and every day upcp crons on two servers, but the servers have different cPanel versions.

    Server 1 has: WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.17.0-S19434
    Server 2 has: WHM 11.2.0 cPanel 11.11.0-S16999

Just curious why there are different versions, any ideas ?

It sounds like server 2 may not be updating itself. Did you try and upgrade it manually thru cPanel?

That must be the problem, after a /scripts/upcp it now shows WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.17.0-S19434.

Why would this server not update, the cron is set correct ?

Check your update configuration in WHM -> Server Configuration -> Update Config.
