I've been using cpanel now on 3 different servers over time, and the one problem I always have is that, although services are actually running perfectly fine, they report as failed after a reboot. I usually have to run ./fixeverything manually after each reboot to prevent this. The release I'm running seems to be irrelevant.

It's not really a big deal, just something I thought would have been solved by now.

    Could it be

the services just have not come up yet? Each time I reboot, this happens and within a few minutes they come back online.

you can also, just run this via ssh:

    service chkservd restart

This should do it for ya.
