Why does my cpanel have "Submit a support Request" and other stuff that doesn't work?

    Why does my cpanel have "Submit a support Request" and other stuff that doesn't work?

    I read the cpanel pro thread. skimmed.

    I have not upgraded to cpanel pro, all i did was click the Upgrade to Latest Version link in WHM.

    WHM 8.8.0 cPanel 8.8.0-STABLE_74
    RedHat Enterprise 3 - WHM X v2.1.2

    WHM 8.8.0 cPanel 8.8.0-R123
    FreeBSD 5.1-RELEASE - WHM X v2.1.2

    Same here, release 119.

    I don't really care about the features, just don't want them there if they aren't going to work.

    Same here :( Server on R119 has it, but server on R73 is fine...

    Fixed it by editting feature list 'default' and unchecking them.

    Same here - R119

    I just want to know WHY it dont work :confused:

    Does anyone know why it dont work?

    well, mine says I am running cpanel pro, although I did nothing but take the latest release. Support ticket and box trapper do not work... the others do.


    It appears that r119 and Pro are the exact same thing.
