Hello,

I have an odd one here. Why would my KVM login screen show firewall output when no one is logged in? it makes hard to use the KVM even after login. If you don't type fast enough your cursor gets lost int the output.

Is there a way to turn this output off? I have some servers that do not output firewall info the KVM terminal screen. I do not know how they prevent it.

See attached.

Hello,

I found this: Message logging with printk — The Linux Kernel documentation

To change the current console_loglevel simply write the desired level to /proc/sys/kernel/printk. For example, to print all messages to the console:

nano /proc/sys/kernel/printk

Default was 5 4 1 7 and changed to 3 4 1 3 then saved.

This stopped the messages from flooding my terminal in the KVM.

Thanks,
Mike
