Why don't NS records contain IP addresses?

when trying to add the ns to my domain provider this does not let me add ip, how can I change this?

using this configuration allows me to access the web but does not let me test because it can not resolve the dns. any ideas?

If so, what is your domain registrar and how are you registering the name servers in their interface?
