why Exim delivery shows cannot find your hostname

    Hi,
    cretain mails are not getting delivered and i found this error when tried Attempt to deliver now from mail queue manager

    LOG: MAIN
    SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection: host mx.xxrra.com.br [200.154.xx.x]: 450 Client host rejected: cannot find your hostname, [70.85.1xx.xx]
    LOG: MAIN
    == sispaic@xxrra.com.br R=lookuphost T=remote_smtp defer (0): SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection: host mx.xxrra.com.br [200.154.xx.x]: 450 Client host rejected: cannot find your hostname, [70.85.1xx.xx]
    Return to Mail Queue

    Please can anyone help me on this Urgent ISSUE.

    Hello,

    Check that log " cannot find your hostname, [70.85.1xx.xx]". Your RDNS of your hostname is not configured properly. Check it first. If it is not resolving, contact your NOC to create the RDNS entry of your server. It will help you to solve this issue
