why getting emails in the VPS/WHM/cPanel admin address like: "cphulkd"

email subject
[ip-***-***-***-***.ip.secureserver.net] RECOVERED ❇: cphulkd (***-***-***-***)
and
[ip-***-***-***-***.ip.secureserver.net] FAILED ⛔: cphulkd (***-***-***-***)

to "reboot the server to apply kernel updates" how long takes, normally do off peek hours, correct??

1 - Are you seeing any other service failures? /var/log/chkservd.log would tell you if this is happening more than once, or maybe this was just a one-time issue during an update.

2 - It's not possible to estimate the time of a reboot as that is completely up to the hardware of the system and how it interacts with the operating system. Every machine is a bit different, but typically I would expect that to be less than 15 minutes until all services are back online.

Reboot VPS server centos 7.9... can be done from WHM/CPANEL as well AS FROM Godaddy Dashboard, correct?
