Also, why would this server (fresh install as of yesterday) not send any messages to the email entered on WHM, but rather to root?

Everytime you click on the Show IP Address Usage in WHM it emails you the list also. As for your other question regarding email not going to the email specified. The only thing I can think of is either ./updatenow or ./sysup in the scripts directory. If all else fails call your license provider and see if they can help.

Thank you awsol, quite weird though. I tried listing the IP address usage on the other servers and didn't receive the message, it didnt' go to root either. Also, I have noticed that on all the other servers all the messages are routed to the email entered in WHM, however for this new install the messages don't go there, I have to explicitly forward them via WHM. All these servers run the same version and build and they all have 7.2 with 2.4.17 SMP.

Any thoughts?

Yes, of course. All the licenses are valid.

This is what is happening:

On all servers, if I don't specifically forward root mail on WHM, messages sent to root will then just dissapear and get lost, but on this particular server with the new install, all root mail will still go to the mail queue. An example, I go to another server, click on &Show IP Address Usage& while forwarding mail for root and I will get the message, but if I don't forward email for root, that message will just go to the blackhole. On this new server if I do the same and I am not forwarding messages for root, that message will end up going to the queue.

All servers are identical, same cpanel build, version, same OS, same kernel and even the same hardware ! I guess it is not such a big deal, but still would like to know why it happens.
