Why I don't have change password in my cpanel Password?

    When I open my cpanel, I dont have change password folder. why?
    How to change cpanel password?

    Do you own the WHM box or just a client, Maybe that your host disabled this, If so then he probably uses WHM - You can change your password within this.

    Its quite good I use it on one of my boxes, WHY ? I done it this way so the WHMCS is updated with the right details, Least if they do ask for support I can easily get the right information.

    Where as most people, They change password in there cPanel but do not update there client area so when they ask us for support we did have to ticket reply asking then for there user details as there cPanel did not match up with the whmcs.

    Makes sense really.

    is it oke if I ask to my host? I paid the host.
    if they dont give the change password folder, how i can change the password?
    is it save if i give my cpanel password to another one (not host) ?

    Please contact your host

    Your host can disable the ability for you to change your cPanel password yourself. If this feature is not present, you will need to contact your host and ask them to change your password for you.

    If you give your password to anyone, that person will be able to log into your cPanel, so you need to be very careful whom you give your password to.

    Your host can change this yes, You should be able to trust your webhost, But nobody else.
