Every once in a while WHM suspends an account for exceeding its bandwidth limit without any reason. I just unsuspended an account that had just been set up. It had used 0MB of transfer and had thus not exceeded its limit.

Why is WHM doing this? - The suspended page is shown and customer are, off course, not happy with it.

Does anybody here know of a solution to this problem? It is impossible to log in and check /var/cpanel/bwlimited for each account every day.

    Thanks
    John
