Why is exim.pl overote EVERY NIGHT !

I wake up to email disater every morning now.
Why does the exim.pl file get overote every night now?
I have ALL automatic updates turned off and `chattr +i /etc/exim.pl`
I have been running http://www.teuton.org/~erik/docs/exim_surbl.shtml with great success until the latest exim episode of problems.
Why is this file overote everynight when all the auto stuff is tuned off ?

chattr +i /etc/exim.pl

means the file shldnt be touched even if it is forced to be removed.

All three of my servers this happens to.
The first night I just disabled all auto updates and cpanel overote the file.
The next night disable and chattr +i /etc/exim.pl and it still got over written.
Two servers ar running CentOS 3.5 and One server runiing RedHat 7.3

It is hard to believe this isnt happening to anyone else and I am the only one using this spam filtering http://www.teuton.org/~erik/docs/exim_surbl.shtml

When the Never Update checked, thats what it should due....Nothing !

No, they are not.

If you need a bug looked into log it in bugzilla if it isn't already there and then log a support ticket with cPanel. The forums are not the way to get official support.
