    Hello,

Can you clarify which method you used to install WordPress? Did the files previously exist?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I recommend reaching out to your web hosting provider to see if they have a backup of your account in order to restore those files.

    Thank you.

I am using a free hosting provider's services, so you can understand what kind of support I am getting, is there any other option for restore backup.

    Hello,

There's no way to restore files without an available backup. Additionally, you'd need to check with your hosting provider to see why the files were deleted. Have you considered switching to a new hosting provider?

    Thank you.
