Why modsec.conf Rule reset to default every cpanel upgrade

    Root Administrator
    I use Mod Security 1.9
    cPanel 11 Release
    CentOS 4.5
    Apache 1.3.x
    PHP 5.2.x
    MySQL 4.1
    Zend Optimizer + eAccelerator
    CSF

    and i Replace Rule from GotRoot.com it's work don't error when restart apache but Every cpanel Upgrade to Release New Version it's reset modsec.conf and modsec.user.conf to default modsecurity from cpanel plugins

    i can protect to reset default modsec rules or reset to new rule config ?
