why would a formmail script not send???

I have a few clients using NMS formmail scripts which have been workign fine for some teima that have suddenly stopped sending email

nothing has been changed on the scripts and to my knowledge nothign on the servers config to cause this

exim and apache logs show no errors and the submitter is redirected to the thankyou page without any error

anyone have any ideas?

Nothing thats whats got me beat...

I know sendmail is workign as ive tested it using a PHP formmail script

Check for the existence of /etc/eximmailtrap - if it exists, delete it and set /var/cpanel/cpanel.conf eximmailtrap=0

Yeah already tried that trick..no joy

there are no errors in the log the script passes the sender thru to the thankyou page just no mai seems to be generated

They all used to work before moving to the new hardware so it has me completely stumped...

Ive now noticed this resellers form scripts both cgi and php are not sending...

all other mail is fine

What version of NMS FormMail are you running? We are running NMS FormMail Version 3.14c1 and works fine on our servers. When we upgraded perl to 5.8.7 it did break and had to update the FormMail version.
