Why wouldn't a subdomain be available as an email forwarder?

    Hi All,

One of my domains has lots of subdomains. I can see them all listed under 'current sub -domains' in the Sub Domain Maintenance section of cPanel.

I want to redirect email received at a specific address for one of my subdomains to somewhere else.

Mail > Forwarders > Add Forwarder

But in the list of subdomains available from the drop-down select box, I cannot see the subdomain that I want to setup the forwarding instruction. I can see and select lots of other subdomains, but not the specific one that I want to add the forwarding instruction to (but which is definitely listed under 'current sub-domains').

Any ideas why this might be? How can I force the subdomain in question to appear in the 'Add Forwarder' drop-down select box?
