    Hi guys!

I have to install a new box with a CPanel and I'm newbie on this :)

    Wich distro is adviced?

I have read that CentOS could be the best option, or maybe Fedora.

I would like to choose the one that give me less troubbles during installation, production and maintenance.

    What do you think?

Any args, pros and cons are welcome.

Thanks in advance for your help!

    FC
con FC has a lifespan of about 6 months
pro/con depending on how you look at it: FC is the test bed for RHE so you can get the latest & greatest bleeding edge enterpise releases

    Centos
Pro: lifespan mirrors RHE 7ish years ???
con updates lag behind RHE (but not that far behind)

    Thanks a lot, dalem!

I think that actually CentOs is winning, any other input?
