Wierd DDOS (Help Please)

Anyone seen this type of DDOS:

It's an apache httpd attack though the client has an address of:

"::1" Anyways for example:

68-143 - 0/0/85 . 2.26 207 0 0.0 0.00 1.02 ::1 hostname.address.com GET / HTTP/1.0

Maybe it's interal? Any suggest on how to stop it?
