Is it something I should be worried about or not?

It's probably a spammer scanning for formmail with vulnerabilities. I used to get a lot of those.

I am having this problem also but the spammer or whoever is adding his/her email to all formmail going out for one client. I have the tweak set to discard these types of mails but it really doesn't help my client. Anyone know what I should be looking for on my server? I've never had this problem and am stumped :)
