When i try to restart apache, i get this:

    httpd: bad user name user123
/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd start: httpd could not be started

&user123& is a account i terminated via WHM, after i terminted that account, apache keeps failing and wont let me start it up again.

Edit the httpd.conf and remove their lines.

    Also to troubleshoot

When it won't restart you can also try to run:
    /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd configtest
This will show you if there is a error in the httpd.conf file. Also you can go to /var/log/messages and see where errors are at.

    hostbet, do a

    tail /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log -f

when you try to restart apache and see if any errors show up there. That's the place to start.
