Wierd SpamAssassin problem

    This is really wierd..

    first of all, I'm testing using Kayako's support desk autoreply

    Ok, I edited

    /usr/share/spamassassin/10_misc.cf


    and changed level from 5 to 8 to catch emails..

    NOW as I test I send to support@mydomain.com --it's supposed to send two back. 1) saying it's been created (to the user) and 2) one to me saying a new ticket existed


    After editing, only the second one comes through... I tried changing back to 5, but it still doesn't go through.

    Once I disable spamassassin, both emails come through.

    HELP IF YOU CAN!
