Are you using http (port 2082) or https (port 2083)?

I want to have my customers use port 2083, but it's very slow. Port 2082 is much faster. Anyone know why?

[EDIT]
Hmm, partially answering my own question, I think it's related to
this: http://www.stunnel.org/faq/troubleshooting.html#ToC31
or this: http://www.stunnel.org/faq/troubleshooting.html#ToC33

cPanel in SSL is extremely slow. It's the nature of the design, non-standard port and tunneling. But something else causes a delay in the page finishing the load, that came about around 7 months ago now and is evident on every hosts demo I have visited. It's not good enough for customers in my opionion, if they want to deal with it fine but we don't even advertise it since it does not work as it should.
