Im trying to install a script which creates subdomains for each user.

    The requirements were:
    - Wildcard DNS has to be enabled on server
    - *.domain.com & domain.com should point to the same directory

I enabled Wildcard DNS through WHM. But how do I go about pointing *.domain.com & domain.com to the same directory?

One of the script developer says that this is a functionality of cpanel that it puts subdomains in different directories.

    How do I do this?

you need to edit your virt host container in your httpd.conf

    ServerAlias www.domain.com domain.com.com *domain.com
    DocumentRoot /home/meetcair/public_html/diryouwant

    restart apache

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...
