Wildcard subdomains with 'nobody' user

Hi there, I'm hoping someone can help.

I have a website 'example-domain.tld' with the user/chown 'example-user'. If I run the website from the www domain the user is 'example-user'. My problem is that I use wildcard subdomains (*.example-domain.tld) for dynamic hosting. When using files (especially when I save a file) via subdomains, the user 'nobody' takes over.

Is there a way to assign all wildcard subdomains the user 'example-user'?
