Will this ever be fixed?

Every morning for months the result of the cron that runs on Cpanel produces this on the second line of an email message sent to me:

Cpanel updates are coming from layer2.cpanel.net
rm: `/usr/lib/perl5/5.6.1/i386-linux/auto/NDBM_File' is a directory

When will this be fixed, ever?
