WinSCP and WHM Root Password

I was working in updating the PHP on my servers, and from nowhere the password I was using stopped working...

Strangely, I m still able to use the WinSCP (That I was already logged in), but I m unable to login again in SSH or WHM...

There is any way that I can reset the Root password using WinSCP or any "Lost password" function?

Hello :)

It's possible that root access is temporarily blocked by cPHulk. Does this issue persist after allowing some time to pass and attempting to login again? If the issue continues, you may need to consult with your data center or hosting provider to see if the root password can be updated, or to see if they can temporarily disable cPhulk for you.
