with cpanel can you do self signed certificates?

    with cpanel can you do self signed certificates?

    If yes then how ?

    Yes, but it is only available if your account is on a dedicated IP, and if the Host allows you to by having "Allow cPanel users to install SSL Hosts if they have a dedicated ip." checked in their WHM.

    If you meet these conditions, then the "SSL/TLS Manager" should appear in the Security section of your cPanel.

    If not, your host can install it through WHM for you.
