WMH Auto-backups IP restore?

I manage my own server running RHLE4.

I am preparing for a contastrophe.

I currently back up ALL of my accounts, DIRS, and Files folders on a daily basis.

In the event that RehHat crashes and all data is destroyed, and a full backup has been done by me locally, I can reinstall RHLE4, WHM, cPanel, etc, and the do a full restore on my accounts, dbs, files, etc?

Will this also restore the IP addresses that were assigned to me, or will I need to get my host to place them on my account again?

Any tips or info on this?
