I have a home director backup and mysql backups for my site. I have uploaded this to a new host and am setting it up to be exactly the same but .net rather than .com

All the files are in the .net home directory and i have had to do a couple of changes to the wordpress config files but have managed to get it working-at least on the preview site.

my question is -can i og on to a wordpress admin page for the database I uploaded, if so how do i do so.

i thought I could do it by using usernames that i edited through myphp but no success so far?

    thanks

    Hello :)

You should be able to access the WordPress administrative interface using the same login details you used in the past, assuming you restored the previous database. Note that you may want to check with WordPress's documentation or support forums for direct assistance with the application itself.

    Thank you.
