i have installed wordpress 3.5(manual). During the installation i got a error that "Configuration file(/config.php)" cannot be created so i created config file manually. After installation i can't install a theme, and i can't upload a file from Wordpress Dashboard. So far i searched most of them are saying PHP(or)Apache doesn't have permission to create a file. How can i resolve this problem...

    Hello :)

It's possible that your web hosting provider uses DSO (without Mod_Ruid2) instead of suPHP. In such cases, you may need to modify the permissions of certain files or directories. WordPress should provide this information in their installation guide. You may want to consult with your web hosting provider to verify which PHP handler is in use.

    Thank you.
