Wordpress 'HTTP Error' when uploading JPG files (ImageMagick Issue)

On a brand new server running CentOS 6, customers trying to upload media via Wordpress get a 'HTTP Error'.

This has been ruled to be an issue with ImageMagick, cPanel is blaming BetterLinux and refuses to help us.

Has anyone else seen issues with this yet?
