Dear

I'm trying to do a wordpress version update, using the "Wordpress Toolkit"

But it shows an error message :

" Command execution failed. It seems that the process has been killed by some other process. The most probable root causes are memory limits for the site LVE: the site is either overloaded, or the limits are too strict. Make sure that the site actually works and try to increase memory limits. The other probable root cause is lack of memory on the server. Ensure that there is enough free memory on the server. "

Hello,

Does the server currently use CloudLinux? And if so, do you see that the cPanel user is encountering any errors or reaching any limits when trying to update WordPress Toolkit? Is any warning showing inside of "/var/log/messages" showing that a process is being killed?

If this is not being caused by LVE manager, or you cannot see the process being killed, we may need to take a closer look. If this is the case would you be willing to open a ticket using the link my signature below?

That output would seem to indicate that a process was killed, which should be logged in /var/log/messages or LVE Manager, like Jeremy mentioned.

Do you not see anything in WHM >> CloudLinux LVE Manager when you check the statistics for that user in question?
