    We have a few 2.6.2 installs that we are trying to upgrade to 2.6.3 and when the cPanel user clicks on upgrade nothing happens. No verification test, nothing. All that is out put to the screen is:

    "cPAddon cPanel::Blogs::WordPress

    This is a cPanel packaged module. (v0.3)

    Website http://www.wordpress.org/"

    Any ideas?

    just in case anyone runs into the same issue, cPanel support helped me with this one:

    "There are 2 errors here.

    The 1st one is the one that gives you the "blank" screen is in the
    error log. It just means that the upgrade directory already exists. This was
    left over from the previous attempt to upgrade. Just (re)move it like the error
    says (I used cPanel's File Manager) and then try the upgrade and you get the
    patch text output and "force" page.

    The 2nd one is the patch failing. From the patch test output it looks like it
    was already upgraded manually.

    In this case the patch is the only thing done in the upgrade so, if you would
    like to, you can do the force upgrade which should simply register the upgrade in cPanel's cPAddon system."

    All set, thanks Daniel M. @ cPanel! :cool:
