One of my customers has recently installed Wordpress v3.8 and I keep on getting Software security notice

    - WordPress.0 v3.8
    Location: at http://..
    Latest: v3.6.1
    Upgrade here: https://..

Basically cpanel script claims that 3.6.1 it is latest and it's greater than v3.8 this a bug or it cannot get the wordpress version right because of the user install?

Anytime an application is manually upgraded through the application's administrative panel, or by uploading the files via FTP, it prevents cPanel from managing that application at any point in the future.
