Writes wrong time in /var/log/messages

Hi, I have the following problem , some entries in the /var/log/messages have wrong time. Specially those messages related with the proftpd. I have no idea why this is happening. Could you advice me or suggest a solution?

check out whether your server timezone is setup correctly according to your country..

Yes the server's time is correct. Now I see that also messages related with stunnel show wrong time. About -9 hours.
